About Kim

Entrepreneur Kim Boege has lived and done business on the Central Coast for 30 years.  Together with her husband, she owned and operated two preschools for over 20 years. Kim has been an integral part of the community for both parents and their children who have grown up in the area.  Recognizing another need in the area, Kim opened Salon62 in 2004 and continues to serve the community of San Luis Obispo with her team as Curly Hair Specialists. 

Kim and her husband have had property in Los Osos-Baywood park for the entirety of their time on the Central Coast, and currently reside there.  She enjoyed being involved in the Chamber of Commerce for Los Osos when she first made the move from Southern California where she grew up. The small sandy coastal town of Baywood is unlike anywhere else that they have lived.  Kim then purchased property in Atascadero where she and her husband raised their two daughters. Her family enjoyed the many things that North County has to offer including the acreage, 4-H, sports, and marching band at the local public schools. 

 Kim understands the appeal and beauty of both North and South County. This experience and involvement in the community of San Luis Obispo launched her on her next journey, Real Estate.  Kim hopes to use her knowledge of the Central Coast and her networking expertise to assist the community in finding forever homes.
